The Mathematics and Science Partnership (MSP) program is designed to improve the academic achievement of students in mathematics and science by enhancing the content knowledge and teaching skills of classroom teachers. MSP partnerships are required to conduct evaluations of their project activities annually, and report their findings to the U.S. Department of Education (ED).
